What info we collect  
From cargo customers: Name, phone, address in AZ + PH, email, box contents list, payment info.  
From website: Name, email, shipping address, payment info when you order and schedule your shipment
From payments: If you pay by card, Square processes it. If you pay with crypto via Palit Wallet, Palit processes wallet data. We don’t store your card/crypto details.

How we use your info  
To schedule pickup + deliver your Balikbayan box to the Philippines  
To send tracking updates + delivery confirmation  
To process payments and provide receipts  
To comply with US + PH customs laws  
To improve our service and contact you about promotions, only if you agree

Who we share info with  
IMEREX USA / Shipping partners in Carson, CA and the Philippines for transit + delivery  
Square for credit card payments  
Palit Wallet if you pay with crypto - they handle wallet data per their privacy policy  
US & PH customs as required by law  
We never sell your personal info.

Data storage + security  
Your data is stored securely on Square servers in the US. We keep cargo records for 3 years for customs compliance, then delete. We use SSL encryption on our website.

Your rights  
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your info anytime. Email support@AZBalikbayanBox.com with “Privacy Request” in subject. AZ residents have rights under AZ data laws.
